What we collect. The website address you enter (and optional competitor addresses, business type and goal). For paid audits, our payment provider Polar (merchant of record) processes your name, email and payment details; we receive your order reference and email.

What we fetch. Public web pages of the sites you submit, identified by our user agent “SitePulseBot”. We do not log in, submit forms or bypass access controls.

How we use it. To run and deliver your audit, prevent abuse (we rate-limit by IP address for 24 hours), and count anonymous funnel events (e.g. “scan completed”) to improve the product. We do not sell data or use advertising trackers.

Retention. Free-scan records: 30 days. Paid reports: kept so your link keeps working; ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights. Under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.

Processors. Cloudflare (hosting), Polar (payments, tax and invoicing).
